League Boundary

Little League International requires all participants at every level in a local league must either reside and/or attend school within the boundary of the league. Players that do not reside within a league boundary but attend a school that is physically located within the league boundary are permitted to participate in that league with full eligibility. If your player does not meet eligibility, they may still be permitted to play by submitting and going through the a waiver process.

*Shared Boundaries—Issaquah is a rapidly growing community, and our district continues to evolve. Cedar Trails Elementary players who live within the ILL boundary are eligible to play, those who do not can play for Sammamish Little League. Cougar Mountain Middle is a new school within the ILL Boundary and Pacific Cascade Middle and other schools have a new attendance map. When the district attendance map overlaps the league boundaries, a player may be eligible for more than one little league. In other words, your player may live within a neighboring league boundary, but attends a school within our league boundary. If that is the case for your player, you can register for either league.

Other considerations:

Issaquah Little League does not require you to provide proof of residence to register for the Little league season unless your player is selected for All-Stars. If your player is selected for All-Stars you will be notified of requirements at that time.
There may be additional considerations for player who have more than one residence, they may be granted an exception. Contact the Player Agent for more information.
If your player does not reside or attend a school within the Issaquah Little League Boundary, and your player would like to play for Issaquah, you must follow the Little League International Waiver Accommodation process to request permission from your League's President. This waiver, if approved, is for one season and removes your player from any All-Star eligibility in either league during the season they have a waiver for. Contact the Player Agent for more information.
If the player does not reside or attend a school within the Issaquah Little League boundaries and you register, and then determine they are ineligible, we cannot refund your registration processing fee.
