Become an Umpire this year
The Issaquah Little League Baseball and Softball umpire staff consists of adults (volunteers) and teenagers (paid jr umps) working baseball and softball games at the AAA, Coast, and Majors levels of play. Our teens make up our Junior Umpire program which has been successfully run since 2009 and has received rave reviews from players, managers and parents over the years. Including Junior Umpires in our league necessitates we strictly enforce the ZERO TOLERANCE policy for managers, coaches, parents and players talking back, chirping or arguing calls.
This year, we'll be requiring each team to have an Adult Umpire. Both groups will receive training and equipment from us (in early March) and it can be a great way to get involved on the field with Issaquah Little League.
More information about our incredible umpire program is on our Umpires page
and if you have additional questions please reach out to our Chief Umpire (
[email protected]
).
